The extension of 538 morphed the old Stewart facing facade into a party wall, but before that what did it look like and what was in the lot where 75 Stewart was to be? What did the Ingraham facade look like? Was there a main entrance which has been demolished, or morphed?
I added some jazz windows to the Ingraham side, based on other warehouses, but really they're a complete fiction in this model.
I've been to the DOB on many occasions, and recently have filed FOIL requests for the development company cross referenced with the block numbers in the neighborhood. I hope it will turn something up.
